What will the 30 minute call cover?

We’ll arrange a time to chat over MS Teams, Zoom or just over the phone to suit. You’ll speak to Mark Moore and Steven Winter, and between us we will get an overview of your business and how sales currently works for your business. We’ll get an idea of your value prop, your target market, your team, any tools or processes, and what sort of goals or growth you’re hoping for. You don’t need to prepare anything for the call, but if you want to, we can send a list of things that might be useful to save time and get a more thorough diagnosis. We’re very informal but helpful and focused on the call, so it should leave you feeling pretty clear and inspired about the possibilities ahead.
