2. Implementation

Once you are clear on what needs fixing and in what order, you can get our support with implementation end to end, or for any parts you wish. (E.g. if you know with certainty that sales training is the most sensible next step, we can help.) But remember, each part of your sales engine is connected as a system. Changing one impacts the system, and the outputs. Train your team, but neglect to get your processes right, and they’ll get better and stronger and doing the wrong things!
When we implement, we step in, get your sales function set up and generating revenue, and then we step out. Typically we’d work with you for 6 months but may agree other timescales that work. A summary of our services follows.
