Who do you help?

We support UK businesses, often SMEs, typically having around 2 to 5 individuals involved in ‘selling’. These businesses appear to have reached a sales ceiling or ‘plateaued’, and are looking to transform their sales function into an efficient, more predictable engine for long-term revenue generation.

What might indicate that we need your help?

Our ideal clients face either or both of these problems:

1. They don’t know why sales have plateau’d or are declining, and they don’t know what to fix or how to restructure their sales function to work efficiently. Pressure is building, their neck is on the line, and they lack a confident plan of attack to build a powerful sales engine, systematically.

2. They’re confident in what to fix, and in what order but they need help implementing those changes, restructuring processes or roles, and upskilling the team and other customer-facing colleagues to contribute to generating revenue.

In short, the problem is that they don’t know which way to head and they need help getting there. We help with both.

If you then would like to dive deeper, you may be interested in getting our help with a FULL diagnosis. This involves us talking to your leadership, sales people, and potentially some of your customers. We’ll turn over every stone to get the facts, go through your CRM, look closely at your vision, strategy, positioning, your value prop, your ideal customers, your buyers and customer journey, any other supporting processes, and we’ll analyse your sales team’s capabilities and identify what needs improvement.

We’ll do an overall SWOT on your sales function too, and help you get all you can first out of all you’ve currently got (which means aligning your strengths with your how your ideal customers are proven to buy) and may involve tapping into the hidden power of your other customer-facing non-sales employees. Then we’ll look at how to set things up to make any weaknesses redundant, or if required suggest what capabilities you need to hire in, or train existing people on.

Ultimately, you’ll get a full plan which you can implement yourself, or you may want us to work with you over a 6 to 12 month basis to help you implement all ‘upgrades’ systematically.
